kream quickly built an excellent reputation working within the motor dealer community.
Our client and candidate databases expanded rapidly and our levels of success
soared because we concentrated primarily on main dealers and we chose to work
with candidates who demonstrated talent and commitment.
Based on our success, in 2005 we began to grow our business with the introduction
of a franchise network of recruitment consultancies throughout the country. Each
franchisee is selected and trained by ourselves ensuring that the ethos we stand
by, that is to understand our clients’ requirements and their ambitions, is maintained.
Our target candidates are first line managers and the people who work for them.
