Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a well-organised, outgoing, hardworking, and enthusiastic individual to join a successful business near Taunton as an ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT. Providing support to the Accounts Department.

No direct experience is necessary as full training will be given, but you will need to possess strengths in the following areas:

  • High standard of numeracy and literacy.
  • Confidence with a range of IT (Excel / Word etc).
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Well organised and able to prioritise.

You will also need to hold a full driving licence (without excess penalty points) and be capable of working alone or contributing as part of a busy team.

Activities will vary dependant on the needs of the department, but include:

  • Daily posting of banking.
  • Manufacturer vehicle invoice posting.
  • Vehicle funding.

This is an attractive opportunity to join a well-respected, privately owned, dealer group and establish yourself as a valued team member.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
