We are supporting a hugely successful dealer group in their search for an aspirational AFTERSALES MANAGER to lead their Aftersales facilities, an hour’s drive apart in Exeter and Somerset

You will be responsible for managing, motivating and organising teams of Service and Parts Advisors, Workshop Technicians, Warranty/Service Administration and Collection/Delivery Drivers. Leading the department to the achievement of its financial, productivity and customer service objectives.
You will take the helm in driving customer satisfaction, labour sales, promoting first time fixes, ensuring that vehicle loading, and reporting are effective whilst achieving vehicle turnaround and meeting daily targets. Parts and Warranty will be a focus.
Communication is key and ensuring a 5-star customer service is pre-requisite along with building solid working relationships with the Manufacturers and colleagues within the wider Group.
To be considered you MUST have previously worked as a main dealer Service or Aftersales Manager. You will be able to demonstrate proven experience of meeting set KPI’s, achieving budget and of working within a fast-paced, highly expectant automotive Service department.
You will be a personable character with above average communication skill and possess an advanced working knowledge of Kerridge. IT and demonstrable interpersonal skills will be essential. A strong knowledge of manufacture warranty processing, claiming and debts are essential, Prior experience working for a mainstream or prestige automotive brand is important.
