Customer Retention Executive

We are supporting a family-owned main dealer based in Truro with their requirement for a CUSTOMER RETENTION EXECUTIVE.

This role is key to ensuring the dealership’s customers are regularly contacted to ensure their satisfaction and to make them aware of relevant products and services offers.

Regular activities will include:

  • Calling customers on the database to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicle and answering any queries they may have.
  • Discussing their ongoing requirements and promoting the opportunity to come into the dealership to meet with the relevant team member.
  • Booking fixed appointments and communicating to each customer’s requirements to the nominated tea member – Sales or Service department.

Candidates should ideally come from a motor industry customer-facing background.  However, those from any form of physical and telephone customer relations background are also welcome to apply.  You’ll need to be well presented, well spoken with good organisation skills and resilience.

This is a new role in the business.  You’ll be working a 5-day week (with the possibility of Saturdays offset by a weekday off in lieu).  You’ll receive a competitive basic salary with additional bonus linked to the successful booking of appointments and the dealership’s overall customer satisfaction results.
