We are seeking experienced main dealer SERVICE ADVISORS in both the Taunton and Yeovil areas to fill 2 live vacancies within prestige and volume environments.
To be considered it is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years’ recent experience as a franchised car dealer Customer Service Advisor.
You will need to be competent and up to date in the following:
- General Service Administration – invoicing etc
- Dealer Management System Operation – Kerridge/ADP etc
- Product and Work Upselling
- Organisation and Colleague Communication
Salary will be calculated to recognise your skills and experience.
You should have a professional, friendly manner and be well-presented at all times
