A NATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER is required to join a privately owned motor group that represents a fabulous prestige automotive brand.

Working a Monday – Friday week, predominantly within their Exeter-based Light Commercial Vehicle division, you’ll need to have demonstrable experience in main dealer new and used car sales, alongside skills in field / B2B sales.

Key activities will extend to:

  • Administering all finance and insurance products in line with dealer / regulatory standards.
  • Communicating with the marketing team, ensuring vehicle information, specification and pricing is up to date.
  • Manage customer and business partner relationships through a professional service level and regular, reliable communications.
  • Provide detailed advice via a robust product knowledge to customers – covering vehicles, prices, specifications and technical data.
  • Assesses used vans, conducting thorough appraisals on part exchange vehicles.
  • Manage all customer leads to the point of sale and delivery.
  • Run an efficient contact management diary, ensuring all leads are fully maximised.
  • Maintain accurate information of customer database within franchise and legal guidelines.
  • Oversee all administrative aspects of the transaction in line with process requirements.
  • Continually strive to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
