Candidates will need to demonstrate the following: –
- A robust track record in new or used car sales with a good knowledge of finance and insurance products.
- The ability to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
- Attention to detail with consistent good, accurate quality of work.
- Confidence when working to tight deadlines to achieve the objectives of the department.
- Adaptability to organisational and market changes.
- High standard of IT literacy.
