We require an experienced car dealer SALES MANAGER to join a Taunton based volume main dealer who represent a household-name brand.
Over seeing a team of 5 Executives and reporting to the Group General Sales Manager you will be tasked with ensuring the department achieves its essential KPI’s within:
- Dealer Standards
- New and Used Volume
- F&I Sales
- Customer Service
To be considered you MUST have experience in running a franchised dealer Sales Department. You will be an operational person with a hands-on management style, consistently second facing your customers and maximising every opportunity.
