In this role, experience is essential. You’ll need to have been a franchised dealer Sales Manager with the ability to maximise every opportunity whilst controlling all aspects of the department; delivering on key targets and objectives.
It’s really important that you are clear on the modern main dealer Sales operation and understand brand standards, FCA regulations, new and used stock management, costs-control and the importance of a first-class customer experience.
