Selling Transaction Manager

A great opportunity has arisen, for a proactive SELLING TRANSACTION MANAGER to support and work alongside the Sales team at a multi-brand dealership in Oxford.

Acting as an incremental member of a growing department, you will undertake a variety of activities: –

  • Overseeing the sales process of your Sales Executives.
  • Ensuring that each opportunity to close a sale, increase profitability and upsell products / services are maximised.
  • Finance options are correctly presented and forecasted penetration rates are achieved.
  • All brand and legislative (FCA, GDPR etc) standards are complied with.
  • Second-face customers to obtain commitment.
  • Be ready to take the sales process from initial enquiry, through to deal closure.

Monday to Saturday working week (with no Sunday requirement currently) and a designated weekday off.  Benefits include a company vehicle and personal fuel allowance.

With a variety of quality new brands, along with a busy used car operation, this role offers great potential for an experienced Senior Sales Executive, Business Manager or Transaction Manager to join a privately owned motor group with a culture of internal promotion.
