An opportunity has arisen within a Plymouth based main dealer, for a SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR to join the front of house team.

To be considered, you MUST have up to date and stable experience as a franchised main dealer Service Advisor, ideally in a senior capacity. You will be fully conversant with all aspects of the role, its systems, and processes. You will be adept upselling approved products / services and advisory work – identified during Vehicle Health Checks (VHC’s).
Most importantly, you will prioritise the customer experience, ensuring every customer receives the very highest standards of service.
Working hours are 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Plus, alternate Saturday’s 8.00am to 1.00pm
