We need an experienced customer services professional to fill a vacancy at a main dealer in Taunton as a SERVICE ADVISOR.
You will represent the front-of-house Aftersales department, taking customer bookings via telephone/face to face/email, liaising with the technical workshop and communicating work in progress with vehicle owners.
Other responsibilities extend to invoicing, general Aftersales administration and data base updating. Excellent customer service in all aspects of you work is absolutely essential.
You will need to be someone that is used to dealing with customers on a face to face daily basis. Ideally, you’ll come from a motor trade background; being well presented, with strong communication and presentation skills all delivered in a professional manner. From time to time you’ll resolve complaints in a calm and effective way. A confidence with IT will be necessary.
