We are assisting our client with the recruitment of a front desk SERVICE ADVISOR to join their Taunton based team.
This role is ‘the face of the service department’ and therefore individuals of a friendly, engaging and outgoing personality would be suitable.
Responsibilities will include:
Interacting with the company’s customers via the telephone, email and face to face
Taking Servicing, Repair and Maintenance bookings
Liaising with the , workshop team, Sales and Parts departments
Upselling the company/manufacturer’s range of add-on products and accessories
Invoicing and pricing
Updating the dealer management computer system
Providing excellence in customer service at all times
Experience in a similar role and a background knowledge would undoubtedly be seen as an advantage, however our client also welcomes applications from candidates with customer facing experience from other industries; a willingness to learn new processes and procedures and develop your existing skills.
You will definitely need to be IT literate, smartly presented, well spoken and professional in your dealings with customers.
