To be considered, you have experience as a Service Advisor. You will be conversant with all aspects of the role, its systems, and processes. You will be adept upselling approved products / services and advisory work – identified during Vehicle Health Checks (VHC’s).
Most importantly, you will prioritise the customer experience, ensuring every customer receives the very highest standards of service.
Working hours are 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm ( 1 in 3 rota )
