We are looking for a SERVICE ADVISOR to join the front of house team at an Torbay based main dealer, representing a household-name-brand.
You must possess excellent customer service skills, be well presented, professional, reliable and a dedicated team player.
Previous experience in the role is highly advantageous – however, experience in a customer services, customer facing role is essential, as is a full clean driving licence.
You will assist incoming customers on a daily basis as well as talking to prospective customers.
As you will be working as part of a team, good communication skills and IT skills are essential as well as being able to work on your own initiative as and when required, and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
