We are seeking an experienced motor industry Customer Service Advisor to join a prestige affiliated HGV / LCV Service and Repair business in Avonmouth.
Fulfilling the role of LATE-SHIFT SERVICE ADVISOR / CONTROLLER, your responsibilities will extend to greeting the customer, accepting and checking the vehicle and clarifying the customers’ expectations / requirements.
*** Hours will be Monday to Friday (no weekends). A mid pm start (with some flexibility) and an 11.30pm finish ***
You will also be involved in job allocation, workshop planning and ensuring completion deadlines are met alongside efficiency and productivity levels in line with the objectives of the department.
Therefore, candidates will need to have correlating skills and experience gained in either the commercial or passenger car environment. You should have a knowledge and understanding of relevant process and systems (ideally that will include Kerridge / CDK).
