A super opportunity has just arisen for a SERVICE ADVISOR to come and join a well-established business, representing one of the country’s most well-known brands.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most important roles in the business. It’ all about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

Previous customer facing service experience is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.  You’ll also need to hold as full driving licence without excess penalty points.
