We require a TRANSACTION MANAGER to support a busy Taunton based prestige main dealer team
To be considered you MUST be able to demonstrate a robust track record in automotive franchised dealer sales, alongside having held a supervisory position and being a strong team leader.
You will be focused on achieving the departmental targets and KPi’s. As a senior member of the department it will be your objective to drive sales, finance penetration, profit retention, GAP and Paintwork-Protection sales. You will ensure the delivery of high customer service standards and the adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities will extend to promoting and arranging finance and insurance plans providing quotations and overseeing every transaction through to successful handover.
You will also work closely with the General Sales Manager and Head of Business to devise marketing initiatives, manufacturer negotiations, reporting and forecasting.
