Warranty Administrator

We are seeking a WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR to support all related activities at our clients Exeter or Bridgwater franchised dealers.

Operating from either location, key activities will include:

  • Processing warranty claims for both dealerships within the required timeframes and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Verify all criteria required by the manufacturer.
  • Reconcile all payments and posting of credits onto the warranty DMS software.
  • Resubmit rejected claims promptly and follow up on payment of outstanding claims.
  • Arrange for parts to be returned to the manufacturer or to be correctly disposed of.
  • Maintain all records as required by the manufacturer to ensure successful audit outcomes.

Whilst specific experience as a Warranty Administrator is not essential, you will need main dealer Aftersales experience and to be familiar with the Kerridge dealer management system.

This is a Monday to Friday role, and the business can offer some flexibility as to how your hours are covered.
