Warranty Administrator

We are looking for an experienced WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR to join an Exeter-based main dealer, part of a privately owned south west dealer group.

Seconded 2 of their dealers (passenger car and light commercial), in locations, just minutes apart, you’ll be working Monday to Friday from both sites.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Compiling and submitting warranty claims within the manufacturer’s time frame.
  • Responding promptly to queried or rejected claims in a timely fashion.
  • Verifying manufacturer’s payments.
  • Accurate record keeping and filing
  • Conducting self-audits routinely.
  • Contributing to developing best practice and effective processes.

Candidates will need to have experience in this role or a very similar one.  Familiarity with the high levels of attention to detail and accuracy required in this important role are essential.

However, those who can demonstrate a strong and stable administrative background, alongside the ability to adept to new systems quickly and comprehensively, are also welcomed to apply.
