We are seeking a flexible team player, with experience in automotive warranty process and customer service, to join successful business in Exeter, as a WARRANTY and AFTERSALES ADVISOR.
Predominantly, you will control warranty claims, utilising the internal IT systems and keeping customers updated through every step of the process. However, you will also need to be flexible, supporting at the service front desk (holiday cover), ordering parts and on the odd occasion assisting in the on-site retail shop.
Essentially, this is a Monday – Friday position, although the requirement to work very occasionally on a Saturday may arise.
Candidates will need to have a background that covers motor vehicle warranty and customer service.
